Next door you’ll find Daisy, a pre-war Ghoul who you can chat with about being a dinosaur. There’s also a “Join the Railroad” Holotape on the bookshelf nearby. You can also head upstairs and hack “KLEO’s Terminal”, which details her plans for wiping out potential threats. You can succeed at an easy speech check with her and peruse her fine selection of weaponry, but more importantly, if you’re sneaky you can steal her Fat Man, Mini Nuke and other assorted goodies. First stop, head east to find KL-E-0, who runs a weapon shop. You know the drill, just like with Diamond City, this place is going to be explored thoroughly… meet new people, pick up new quests, shop, all that fun stuff. Talk to him later in his office to get some work (right).

There is also a Fat Man with Mini Nuke on the front desk of the shop that you can steal from KL-E-0.Hancock takes a “hands-on” approach to governing (left). You can also find a terminal to hack, which reveals a contingency plan to kill other characters in Goodneighbor. In the top level of KL-E-0's shop, you can find a holotape about the Railroad upstairs. KL-E-0 also holds a launcher called Paystarter for 8600 CAPS. KL-E-0 has more expensive options, more notably the Devestator's chest piece and right greeve for 15,000 and 11,000 CAPS each. Daisy's inventory has a pair of Destroyer amor pieces, the chest and left leg for 1500 and 750 CAPS respectively. Some of the expensive purchases from both merchants have powerful stats.

KL-E-0 has a variety of weapons and ammo you can buy, while Daisy has more options with items and junk.

Daisy's Discount shop and KL-E-0's Gun Shop are both next door to each other when you first enter the town. There are a few vendors you can purchase items and weapons from in Goodneighbor.
