Why use some untrusted mod, if you can have same experience without it? It's totally unnecessary software. Ultimate Apocalypse mod is not shady, cause it's singleplayer. Look at mods for C&C multiplayer, for example. Multiplayer mods like this are typically run by community. Why should anyone use it then? sooo anything that isnt official is shady? i have an anti virus but the government hasnt said its part of them, that mean its 'shady'? and youre the one arguing with no evidence, why provide evidence to disprove an argument with no evidence? and most things online not made by big companies are run by unknown people. It gives nothing over using disk version. It's a completely unknown project run by unknown people. It is shady because it is not official, neither it is made by some person known by community.
